#PinkMatters: How To Transition Pink Into Your Wardrobe | Pt. 1
Think Pink,
Pink Matters too you know. Well, no I didn't know and I really didn't care too much for pink pieces until recently. Below view how I have slowly invited pink into my wardrobe without feeling like it's too girly. I've always had a love hate relationship with pink. Yet these past months I've been blushing hard. Check out my Pajama Look Here.
Look One
Embodies the sportswear chic vibe. Desiree looks like she's going to a tennis match or could simply be enjoying some ice cream on a warm day. My favorite color palette with pink as the base color includes: green, brown, and cream, with all shades of pink. Green and pink looks clean and pleasing the eye. Choosing lighter tones for this look brings about a cool, relaxed aura. The shoes Desiree is wearing with this look were purchased at Primark. They are obviously inspired by the gucci slides, however on a non-gucci budget. I've been purchasing many silver shoes for a little of nothing. I am excited to style more looks with them. Catch a glimpse of this care free black girl enjoying icecream, bubble, and a beautiful sunday at the tennis court.

LOOK TWO
MONOCHROMATIC CONCEPT
I am not an owner of many jeans or trousers, however lately I've been getting lucky. Due to the fact that I am curvaceous it's hard for me to find jeans that will fit my body type. Therefore thrifting these blush pink trousers was an ultimate score for me. I paired it with a sheer chiffon blouse that reminded me of my childhood when all of our sleeves had ruffles. This look is simplistic and comfortable. I don't mind wear all pink as long as it's done tastefully.
I'll be releasing part two tomorow. If you haven't already check out my outfit diary on my Youtube. Feel free to comment, rate, and subscribe. Thanks for all of the love and support. xoxox
