Shoes are the base of every look. One must start off first with a solid foundation. Building from the bottom up to create any outfit is the way I plan outfits. Once the shoe is chosen, have fun creating an unforgettable look. Remember we create statements through "gar-meants" and accessories. The shoe being the most powerful voice in that statement.
