C'est La Vie! Birthday Brunch At Vida Garden

You only have one life to live, so why not celebrate your birth month like it will be your last? After my weekend in DC, I celebrated my birthday at Vida Garden in Englewood, NJ on the day before my birthday. My birthday fell on a Monday, so I made sure my weekend was full of festivities. The birthday brunch at Vida Garden was phenomenal. The drinks, the food, the music, and the overall outdoor experience was a memorable moment during my birthday weekend.

I love all of the African boutiques, fashion houses, and designers based in Nigeria, Ghana, Liberia, South Africa, Senegal, and more. This particular brand Shop Enadia based in Nigeria always popped up on my explore page. As I did not have any ideas on what I wanted to wear for my birthday, I ordered the OSUN bustier midi dress about a month in advance. It took 20 days for shipping but it came sooner than I expected.

The buying process of this particular dress was seamless, it was my first time shopping at a Nigerian-based brand. I was hesitant at first, being that I didn’t know if the package would arrive before my birthday. I sent a DM on Instagram first about my measurements to make sure I was purchasing the right size. The bust and waist were a perfect fit! The hips however weren’t as fitted as I normally wear my dresses but I was still able to work with it.

My overall experience with Shop Enadia was 10/10 I would recommend this brand to anyone wanting to shop with them. I cannot wait to purchase more pieces.
