Rainy Days: Flight Jacket Under $10 Bucks

To begin, I attended church the day before which was the first time in a long while. I had an awesome time receiving God's word and believing that my attendance in church would set the tone for the week to come. Indeed God proved himself and the first day of the week was filled with unspeakable joy. It poured and this day and it was gloomy outside. However I woke up feeling revived and restored. My energy level was at a thousand, and I bless God for this feeling. I haven't felt such joy in quite a long time. I found the solution to all of my problems, questions, worries, pain, and the void I felt. I was missing my relationship with my savior. This may be a bit overwhelming for those of you who are non-believers. However trust me that God is real and he is real within my soul. I attended my Portuguese class and learned new grammar and had a blast taking my own photos of my outfit after class. I haven't had the motivation to blog my style or even share with you all what's going on. Well. duhhh Desiree you have found your motivation to being excellent and working in profound ways. Your motivation was hailing from up above. It leads, guide, and protects you every step of the way. I'm here to share with my readers make time for God. We make time for everything else, yet there is room to feed your spirit with the word and devotion. We make time to post on instagram, do hw, go to work, party, and snapchat. But where is the time you dedicate to God. Having the simplest conversation or uttering the smallest prayer can make a difference. All he asks is that you acknowledge him in all ways and say thank you. Thank you for the darkness, thank you for the light, thank you for times of sadness and thank you for times of unspeakable joy. Being that I woke up in a great mood I wanted the outfit to match. Just because it was gloomy outside didn't meant that my outfit should be dull as well. I told myself go for the loudest, brightest piece in your wardrobe. I first went for my yellow umbrella, however I can't wear that all day inside. I was like the Neon Jacket I purchased for $8.99 at GoodWill will do just fine. It served its purpose well. To make my outfit stand out more I went for my velvet Public Desire ankle boots I've been dying to wear. A classic American statement white tee and denim, with a StylistaInMind touch of vibrancy and edge.

I don't call this style of a jacket a "bomber" because it is not. Many would believe it to be however many don't know the origin of these trends. For example Timberland boot, deriving from the construction worker or workman boot. Bomber jackets are known as flight jackets being that they use these at the airport. The workers that direct the traffic or open the pathway up to the planes would wear jackets such as these. Bomber jackets also have an elastic band at the hem of the coat which cinches it in to make the bubble in the back of it. My coat is flat and doesn't have the round effect.
